Hi! I'm Jennifer.
It is so easy to be pushed and pulled by our responsibilities in life. Balance and well roundness can be so difficult to maintain. In fact, it needs to become a habit to reflect on our life on a daily basis - to “check in” and observe if we are close to balance or really off track. This can apply to so many areas of life. I believe in a wellness centered life by focusing on actions that create a healthy mind, body, environment, and spirit.
My goal with Mindful Space and Flow is to create a welcoming space where clients feel open to express their vulnerability in order to strive toward a more balanced, wellness driven life and create more freedom in their mind, body, and environment.
