Fridays & Saturdays 11am- 3pm Indulge in a total wellness experience with our yoga workshops at Mindful Space & Flow. These workshops combine yoga poses, mindfulness meditation, and a light meal for a truly rejuvenating experience. With a duration ranging from 3 to 4 hours, our theme-based workshops are a treat for your mind, body, and spirit. Location information will be provided after registering for the class.
